Since its establishment, our company, which stands out with quality service and reliable structure, serves all our community. Inter Türk Cert Certification does not currently use subcontractor institutions/firms except for laboratory services within its current service system.
Based on national and international standards and within the framework of legal regulations, our fundamental policy is to provide timely and reliable service to customers with independent, impartial, trained personnel who constantly renew and improve themselves; to closely follow current developments related to the scope of services; to inform relevant parties; and continuously improve ourselves.
Every personnel working within İnter Türk Cert undertakes to perform their duties in compliance with the principles stated below.
1. Impartiality; Recommendations or decisions given regarding certification services are based on objective evidence to provide trustworthy certification. These recommendations or decisions are not influenced by factors such as the size or financial resources of the organization receiving the certification service. Any situation that may create a conflict of interest is reported to İnter Türk Cert and the certified organization.
2. Competence; Every responsible person working within İnter Türk Cert declares their competence for their duties to provide trustworthy certification services. They participate in activities aimed at improving competence organized by İnter Türk Cert.
3. Responsibility; All decisions related to certification are based on objective evidence. No certification decision is made in the absence of objective evidence.
4. Transparency; İnter Türk Cert ensures that requesting parties and customers receiving certification services have appropriate and timely access to non-confidential information about the audit and certification process and certification status, and discloses this information.
5. Confidentiality; Every responsible person working at İnter Türk Cert keeps all private information about customers confidential to ensure privileged access to the information necessary for proper evaluation of compliance for certification.
Resolution of Complaints: Parties relying on certification activities provided by İnter Türk Cert expect complaints to be investigated. İnter Türk Cert assures relevant parties that valid complaints will be properly handled and that reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the complaint. İnter Türk Cert applies its developed process for evaluating appeals and complaints for each appellant or complainant.
Both employees and committee members acting on behalf of our company are conscious of independent and impartial work, and customer satisfaction of all relevant parties is our policy.
